I dont know but from looking at resume a found he seems like a fantastic guy. Have you seen his resumes.

I know of Jay-Paul Thibault and his knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is very incredible. He was very successful with a dotcom he started back in the late 90′s. Jay-Paul now works as a consultant focusing on Search Engine Marketing and SEO.
JayPaul Thibault tends to do work for friends and family tree and is very selective as to the projects he undertakes. Mr. Thibault has also taught several private seminars on SEO theory, SEM tools, and how to run successful PPC campaigns.
